The same structure your hospital already uses for a dialysis centre or an imaging centre, where a partner brings its own equipment and team, the hospital controls clinical standards, and both share the result. Thailux does the same for the international patient unit.
A structure your hospital already knows
Many Thai private hospitals already let a partner run a dialysis centre or an imaging centre on their premises. Thailux applies the same structure to the international patient unit.

DEMAND
Patients through agents we pay
Agents send cases to Thailux because every case is registered, protected and paid on time. Agents sign with Thailux, not with your hospital.
OPERATIONS
A unit inside your hospital
Interpreters, coordinators, quotations, response standards and transfers, run by Thailux staff inside your workflow, with a named manager and monthly KPIs.
LEDGER
Every case, every line, verifiable
Thailux sends the hospital a monthly case ledger report: which case came from whom, when, and what was paid to whom.

Best for
Hospitals that want a multi-market international patient unit that performs, without carrying it as fixed cost, and with the flexibility to scale the business.

The same four work streams as the Pilot, across every agreed market and language · territory exclusivity · monthly steering committee with the CEO and the director · BOT (Build–Operate–Transfer) option after year 3 on a formula set in the contract
Duration

What the hospital provides
Everything in Pilot, plus a seat for Thailux in the steering committee and a signed exclusivity for the agreed territory.
Fees are four separate lines: team cost · agent commission at cost · Thailux’s share of revenue growth · variable costs — all figures are set in the proposal
Four fee lines
Each line is separate in the contract and in the monthly report. Nothing is bundled into one percentage. Figures are agreed in the proposal.
TeamTeam at cost plus an agreed margin.
Agent commissionsPassed through at cost and visible per case. Thailux pays and guarantees them.
Thailux shareCalculated mainly on revenue above the baseline at the rate agreed in the contract, so the hospital’s existing revenue is untouched and may well grow.
Variable costsTransfers and ad-hoc interpreters, passed through at cost or provided by the hospital.

Term
3-year term, 6-month notice, hand-over of all open cases.
