Who does what

Why this is not an agent arrangement.

Agents are a channel every hospital needs. The difference is who signs them, pays them and answers for the result. For our partner hospitals, that is Thailux.

How Thailux manages agents

Every agent signs with Thailux, not with your hospital. Each case is registered in the ledger with a time stamp from the first contact. The first registered contact owns the case, codes cannot be added afterwards, and hospital staff and relatives cannot hold codes. The protection period is written into the contract. Thailux pays agent commissions on time and shows each one as its own line, case by case.
