Professional outsource partner · Not an agent. Not a consultant.

We set up, upgrade and run your international patient unit with your hospital, as a partner accountable for the result.

Thailux is a professional team inside your hospital; we fund our own people and systems and share accountability for the result. We bring patients through an agent network we contract and pay ourselves, and report every case and every baht on separate lines. You keep every medical decision. Our main fee is a share of the growth.

The challenge

Why the international market
grows slower than it should.

Usually it isn’t the medical care. It’s how cases, agents and commissions are managed.

Agents hold back

Agents worry about losing their cases or being undercut, so they send patients elsewhere or only to people they know.

No clear case ownership

Without a time-stamped record of who referred first, codes get added later and disputes have no neutral referee.

Commissions that leak

Fees are hard to see case by case. Some cases get paid twice, and the real margin per patient is unclear.

Thailux is built so none of this depends on one person.

Not an agent. Not a consultant.
We do the work of both, hands-on inside your hospital.

Agent

Sends patients, takes a commission, done.

Consultant

Analyses, writes a report, leaves.

Thailux

Brings patients, builds the system, and does the work with your team.

Hidden costs

You can do it in-house.
Here is what it quietly costs.

01

Interpreters are never quite enough

International patients do not follow a roster. Staffing every language on every shift is fixed cost you rarely use in full; staffing less loses the case in the minute the patient wants an answer.

02

Conflicts of interest inside

When staff or relatives can hold agent codes, cases get captured from within. Outside agents notice faster than management does, and stop sending without saying why.

03

Agent trust cannot be hired

Agents send cases to people who have paid on time and never taken a case from them, for years. Not to a new department. The Thailux team has that record, and agents follow the team, not the hospital sign.

04

Know-how leaves with people

The director resigns; the agents and the experience go too, and the hospital starts from zero.

The model

One hospital. One unit.
One shared P&L.

The same structure your hospital already uses for a dialysis centre or an imaging centre, where a partner brings its own equipment and team, the hospital controls clinical standards, and both share the result. Thailux does the same for the international patient unit.

DEMAND

Patients through agents we pay

Agents send cases to Thailux because every case is registered, protected and paid on time. Agents sign with Thailux, not with your hospital.

OPERATIONS

A unit inside your hospital

Interpreters, coordinators, quotations, response standards and transfers, run by Thailux staff inside your workflow, with a named manager and monthly KPIs.

LEDGER

Every case, every baht, on its own line

Thailux sends your hospital a summary report, and your hospital has access to the case ledger: who referred, when, what was paid to whom.

Working together

Clear responsibilities,
agreed before work starts.

  • Your hospital decides all medical matters: medical review, treatment, quality and clinical governance.
  • Thailux operates the business side we are engaged for: co-developing and presenting plans, contributing strategic recommendations, managing the agent network, non-clinical coordination and reporting.
  • Both sides approve the scope and rules, fees and format before work begins.

From the outside, Thailux works as your hospital’s own team. Inside, it is a partner that shares accountability for the result.

Patients and agents see your hospital’s international team, not an outside company. Thailux staff work under your name, your standards and your management, as one team with your existing staff. The department’s image is entirely yours; the risk in people, systems and results is ours.

Who does what

Why this is not
an agent arrangement.

Agents are a channel every hospital needs. The difference is who signs them, pays them and answers for the result. For our partner hospitals, that is Thailux.

Exclusivity

One partner
per territory.

01

Your territory is named in the contract

Market, specialty and location. Thailux does not take a second hospital in the same territory.

02

Your team works only for you

Staff placed in your hospital do not serve any other hospital.

03

Your data stays yours

Patient and commercial data never cross to another partner. NDA before any review starts.

04

Your agents stay your agents

Agents you bring into the ledger remain yours. Thailux does not contact your agents directly.

We will tell you before signing which hospitals, if any, are already partners nearby.

What you gain

You could do it alone.
With Thailux you get more.

  1. 01

Patients from month one. The agent network is ready to refer now; no one to two years building trust from zero.

  2. 02

Cost that moves with results, not salaries paid all year whether patients come or not.

  3. 03

Know-how and systems sit with a company, not one employee. People can change; the work does not stop.

  4. 04

Every baht verifiable. No duplicate or leaked commissions; your finance team opens the ledger themselves.

  5. 05

A clear exit. Take the team and systems over through BOT (Build–Operate–Transfer), or end on the contract terms. No hostage situation.

FAQ

Questions hospital leaders
usually ask.

How is this different from using an agent?

An agent sends patients and takes a commission. Thailux places a team in your hospital, contracts and pays the agents itself, funds its own team and systems, and is accountable for the unit’s numbers under a company contract. Agent commissions are one visible line; Thailux’s share is another.

Why not build our own international department?

You can. The risk is that it depends on one director, and when that person leaves, the agents and know-how leave too. Thailux is a company with a contract, a team and a payment record, and the BOT option lets you take the unit over later.

How do you charge?

Four separate lines: team at cost plus an agreed margin, agent commissions passed through at cost, a Thailux share earned mainly on revenue above your baseline, and variable costs such as transfers at cost or provided by the hospital. Figures are agreed in the proposal, never bundled into one percentage.

Whose case is it?

The first registered contact owns the case, time-stamped in the ledger. Codes cannot be added afterwards, and hospital staff and relatives cannot hold codes. The protection period is written into the contract.

Do you work with our competitors?

Not in your territory. One partner per market, specialty and location, named in the contract. We tell you before signing who else is a partner nearby.

What about the agents we already have?

They stay yours. If you bring them into the ledger they are tagged as yours, and Thailux does not contact them directly. We sign an NDA before any review of your figures.

Who is responsible for medical decisions?

Your hospital and its licensed clinical team, always. Thailux handles the business side only and gives no medical advice.

How does it end?

Three-year term, six-month notice, hand-over of every open case. With the BOT option your hospital can take the team and systems over at a formula agreed in the contract.

How is patient information handled?

Only through the channels and permissions agreed with your hospital, under your policies and Thailand’s PDPA. Please do not send patient details through this website.
